What is the "Firewalking Wall"? It’s that imaginary barrier we all hit—the mental and physical limit where things get uncomfortable, where most people stop. But I believe we can push that wall further and further as we grow.

This blog is about my journey in doing just that—walking through fire, facing discomfort, and stretching my limits. I'm not a fitness or nutrition expert. Just a regular guy sharing the real stuff—wins, losses, and lessons learned. If it helps even one person, it's worth it.
